How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

We understand the excitement of receiving a parcel at your doorstep, Hence, we always try to dispatch the orders as soon as possible, within 1-2 working days*.

During peak periods, they might take slightly longer, up to 3 working days*

*Working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

While we will always do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you on time, please bear with us with as certain conditions such as service interruptions, weather delays, public holidays are beyond our control.

 

How long does it take for me to receive my order and how much does it cost?

For Singapore orders:-

Normal mail costs SGD$2.50 and takes approximately 1-3 working days* to reach you upon shipment.
Registered mail takes 2-5 working days* to reach you upon shipment.

Will there be additional custom taxes/charges?

Custom taxes and duties vary in each country. Should there be additional charges for custom clearance, they must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Hence, we recommend that you contact your local postal office to enquire about current custom taxes rate to be sure.

 

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to all countries except for Canada.
Canada post has stopped providing tracking for international inbound mail. This means that parcels to Canada will no longer be accounted for. Hence, to minimise cases of lost mails, we will not be shipping to Canada at the moment.

How do I check if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped. Sometimes, these email gets flagged as spam, so you might wish to check your junk mailbox for it.

Do you provide express shipping?

Yes we do, only for Singapore orders.
You may select the option of ’24 hour shipping’ during checkout for express shipping.

For urgent overseas orders, feel free to drop us an email and we will see if we can work something out :)

 

What happens if I have provided the wrong address?

If you have provided an invalid or incomplete address, the parcel will be sent back to us (1-2 weeks for local orders and 2-4 weeks for international orders).

There will be a fee for re-processing the mail (SGD2.50 for local orders and SGD10 for international orders). This fee will be borne by the recipient.

If you would like to cancel the order, a refund would be made.
However, the shipping and postage fees will be forfeited.
